Chalet Piz Buin offers practical parking directly on site. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. Please note that these spaces cannot be reserved. We are happy to help you find a suitable solution for your vehicle.

The chalet's garage has room for up to five guest cars. However, the entrance is quite narrow. Therefore we recommend that guests with SUVs or very wide vehicles do not use the garage. In this case you can alternatively use the hotel garage or the public car parks Rössli (summer only) or Arena.

The costs for the garage are:

Summer: CHF 10 per day
Winter: CHF 20 per day

Use of the public car parks costs CHF 1 per hour (8.00 am – 6.00 pm), maximum CHF 10 per day.

For check-in and check-out, please come to the reception of Hotel Piz Buin. This is located approx. 200 metres away at Alte Bahnhofstrasse 1.

The apartments in the chalet are available from 4.00 pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier; we will store your luggage safely while you enjoy your first day in beautiful Klosters or shorten the wait with a dip in our pool.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11.30 am. You may continue to leave your luggage with us and use the wellness area. Please note that the sauna area is open from 3.00 pm.

Our holiday apartments are dog-friendly and we look forward to welcoming you together with your four-legged friend. The spectacular mountain scenery of Klosters offers ideal conditions for long walks and varied experiences with your dog. After an active day in nature you will find a cosy retreat with us where both people and pets feel equally at home – for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday with your dog in Klosters.

Of course! As a guest of Chalet Piz Buin you may use the spa and fitness studio of Hotel Piz Buin free of charge. It is located only about 200 metres away at Alte Bahnhofstrasse 1. This way you enjoy the tranquillity of your apartment while also having full access to the hotel's facilities.

The holiday apartments are cleaned after departure. We charge CHF 50 for this. If you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, we are happy to arrange this as well for CHF 50 per cleaning.
